Plant Tour: Closed-toed shoes and long pants.

What if I need hotel accommodations?
Your hotel accommodations will be booked for you based on the meeting dates and your registration answers. Upon arrival at the hotel you will need to give your credit card for payment for the room, tax and incidentals. 
 

What if I am flying?
If you are flying to the meeting, please note that flight arrangements and airfare are the responsibility of the dealer. You will be responsible for transportation to and from the airport. 

How long is the transfer to the hotel?
The transfer from SAT to the The Westin Riverwalk is approximately 14 minutes.

• Meals from Tuesday arrival through Thursday plant tour
