A reservation has been made in your name based on the dates indicated in your registration. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will need to give your credit card for payment for the room, tax and incidentals. Then please proceed to the Toyota registration desk located in the Parlor Suite to receive important information regarding the event.

Negotiated Room Rate: $249++
Please note: We will do our best to ensure your room is ready upon arrival at the hotel. The bell stand will be available to store your bags, should your room not be available at time of arrival. If you have not provided your flight information, you may update your registration at any time by visiting the program website and click view/modifying your registration. Up-to-date information will help the hotel prioritize rooms based on arrival times, but it is not guaranteed.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is on own. Hotel Indigo is approximately 20 minutes from the (PDX) Portland International Airport. Uber/Lyft fees typically range from $35-45. ATTIRE
Business casual attire is recommended for all meetings.
Evening receptions are casual. Appropriate options include pants, skirts, collared shirts, and polos.
Please note that dinner on the first evening will take place both indoors and outdoors, so we recommend dressing accordingly.
