What attire is appropriate? 
Reception Attire: Casual (pants, skirts, collared shirts, polos, jackets are optional). 
Meeting Attire: Business casual.

What if I need hotel accommodations? 
Your hotel accommodations will be booked for you based on the meeting dates and your registration responses. Upon arrival at the hotel you will be required to provide your credit card for payment for the room, tax and incidentals.  
 
What if I am flying? 
If you are flying to the meeting, please note that flight arrangements and airfare are the responsibility of the dealer. You will be responsible for transportation to and from the airport. The estimated cost of an uber from PDX to the hotel is roughly $35-$45.  

How long is the transfer to the hotel? 
The transfer from Portland International Airport (PDX) to Hotel Indigo Vancouver DWTN is approximately 20 minutes. 
 
What if I am driving? 
If you are driving to the meeting, please note that mileage is the responsibility of the dealer. Follow this link for directions to Hotel Indigo. Valet parking is available for $45 overnight. Please arrive no later than 12:30 PM.

What is covered by Toyota Portland?
